The CEO of Yahoo, Marissa Mayer is planning to go further by focusing more on mobile applications and building up a stronger relationship with Facebook. Recently, it has been announced in a press conference in San Francisco. In the conference, Mayer said "Yahoo users might be benifited from Facebook in many ways. we want to utilize this opportunity and provide a better service to our users". Mayer has been appointed as CEO of the Company.
According to E-marketer Inc. report, Yahoo's share value fall down to 8% from 9% last year in American share market whereas Google is in top. Mayer also mentioned, "Now-a-days people are using lots of mobile application in their phone. Therefore, they are planning to propose 60-75 mobile application".
